What a wonderful experience we had at the Cade Museum for Creativity and Invention in Gainesville, Florida! We thank the Cade Museum staff and volunteers for their hospitality and for the opportunity to educate so many people about Norman Studios. Nearly 9,000 people were able to view the exhibit. Four special events also took place: an opening reception, two special showings of The Flying Ace with piano accompaniment and movie refreshments, and an Inventor’s Talk with Richard Norman’s grandson, David Norman.
Please click below to view two videos arising from the exhibit. The first is a tour of the exhibit itself with guests David and Nancy Norman. David Norman discusses Norman’s invention, the Camera-Phone, his living at the studios and his wishes for the development of the studios property in the second video.
If you did not have a chance to visit the Norman Studios exhibit at the Cade Museum, please check out our exhibit at the Jacksonville Public Library commencing Monday, September 16.
